Patch-Notes (English)

Adjustment Patches: 3. November until the 6th November:

In-Game Shop

Modernized and More Secure: The in-game shop now uses Microsoft Edge (WebView2) instead of the outdated Internet Explorer. This makes the shop more modern, faster, and more secure. Windows 10 or 11 is required to access the shop. Players using Windows 7 or 8.1 can still play the game, but the in-game shop will no longer be available on those systems.

Fixed Freezing When Moving the Window: Moving the game window while the shop is open no longer causes the display to freeze. The shop is temporarily hidden while the window is being moved and reappears at its new position afterward.

More Reliable Purchases: If a purchased item cannot be delivered immediately, it will automatically be delivered the next time you log in. No purchases will be lost, and no duplicate charges will occur.

Improved Purchase History: The purchase history in the in-game shop has been updated and improved.

Consistent Gift Settings: Gift preferences are now applied consistently across all shops.

Pets

Improved Buff Distribution: Pet buffs that can affect players are now distributed according to the selected buff settings. Players can also manually select a target.

Buff Notifications in the System Log: Pet buffs applied to other characters are now displayed in the system log, using your selected language (German or English).

Improved Dodging Behavior: Summoned pets now avoid dangerous attack patterns at all times, rather than only during combat.

Protection in “Do Nothing” Mode: Pets in “Do Nothing” mode no longer take damage from attack patterns or monster area-of-effect attacks.

Fixed EXP Display: The Pet EXP display now only reaches 100% when the experience bar is completely filled. Previously, values such as 99.98% were incorrectly rounded up and displayed as 100%.

“First Steps” Quest: Pets hatched by the player now correctly count toward the quest, even if they have been traded afterward.

Fixed Equipment Deposit Issues: When depositing equipment, the server now checks only your own character. This prevents incorrect server-side rejections that previously caused the Pet window to become temporarily inaccessible for some players. In certain cases, players had to wait several minutes until the server automatically resolved the issue.

Correct EXP Rewards: Pet EXP is now correctly credited in both one-on-one gameplay and party play.

Updated Descriptions: Various Pet skill descriptions and help texts have been added, updated, and improved for better clarity.

Gameplay

Weapon Levels (Omega Scroll): Bonuses from newly unlocked weapon levels now take effect immediately. Logging out and back in is no longer required.

Guild Storage: Fixed a client crash that could occur when right-clicking an item in the guild storage.

Guild Bank: Improved the reliability of item saving in the guild bank.

General Stability: Improved character data saving and loading, as well as the logout process, to provide a more stable gameplay experience.

Rare Crash Fixed: Fixed a rare crash that could occur when hovering over certain monsters or objects.

Wing Auras: Fixed a rare crash related to certain Wing Auras.

Perin Button: Fixed a rare crash that could occur when clicking the Perin button in the inventory immediately after logging in.

Guild Warehouse: Fixed a crash that occurred when right-clicking items in the Guild Warehouse.

Website

Major Security Update: The website, account management area, web shop, and payment systems have received a comprehensive security update.

Improved Payment Processing: Payments are now handled more reliably and with improved error handling.

New & Improved

Pets can now fight in cities!: Monsters, Damage Dummies, and Totems can now be attacked. Only PvP remains disabled in cities.

No more HP loss when teleporting with Pets: Pets now retain their full HP when teleporting or entering a dungeon.

Optimized Channel Switching

• No more returning to the title screen or character selection.
• New and redesigned UI window with a Blinkwing effect.

Significantly Faster Loading Times

• The game client now starts up to 7 seconds faster.
• Channel and character selection loading times have been improved.
• Multiple clients can now launch simultaneously without blocking each other while loading game data.

Improved Login Messages: Failed login attempts now display the exact reason in English or German.

Balance & Content

Templar’s Call: This skill can now be used with both Axes and Swords.

Kogarashi Bosses: Exchange costs have been reduced:

• Blue Moon Pearls: 3,500 → 2,000
• Gleamcores / Bloomcores: 7 → 5

Pirate Cave: The drop rates of Royal Power Stone and Royal Rainbow Diamond have been doubled.

Royal Life Ring (+15): +30 additional STA.

Royal Life Earring (+15): +1,300 additional HP.

Royal Life Set: HP bonus increased by 20%.

Boss Neokyst: Rage attack damage reduced by 50%.

Hallowfalls: Weapons, Fashion, and Pets are now 30% cheaper.

Improved Item Security

Faster saving after trades: Items are now saved faster after trades.

Bug Fixes

Server Crash Fixed: Fixed an issue with passive Pet skills that could cause a channel to crash during extremely long fights. This issue was also responsible for today’s server crash in the afternoon.

Stuck Login Sessions Fixed: The “Account already logged in” message will no longer persist after disconnects. Stuck sessions are now automatically released.

Key of the Golden Fist: Fixed an issue with rerolling.

Pet Storage: Fixed a rare issue where duplicate serial numbers could cause save operations to fail when storing Pets.

Pet Window: Fixed an issue where the Pet window could get permanently stuck displaying “Retry”.

New

New Pet Attack Mode “Area Bosses Only”: Your pet will exclusively attack bosses, mini-bosses, and world bosses while ignoring regular monsters.

• Available in the Pet Window under “Skills” and in the Quick Selection menu, directly below “Area Without Bosses”.

Changed

Pet EXP Boosters Tradeable: Pet EXP Boosters +200% and +300% (1h, 3h, and 6h) are now tradeable and can be sold in player shops.

• This also applies to boosters you already own.

Adjusted Pet Combat Behavior: Pet combat behavior has been adjusted to ensure your pet only assists you while you’re actively playing:

• If you stop attacking, your pet will stop searching for new targets after 5 seconds. It will still finish off its current target.
• After 30 seconds without clicking the ground or selecting another target, your pet will only assist against your current target when fighting regular monsters, then stop attacking.
• Your pet will continue defending itself when attacked.
• The 30-second rule does not apply to bosses or “Manual” mode.

Improved Target Switching: Target switching has been improved:

• When you switch to a different monster, your pet will first defeat its current target before assisting you with your new target.
• In “Manual” mode, your pet will continue switching targets immediately.

Adjusted Boss Attack Behavior: Boss attack behavior has been adjusted:

• Your pet will only attack bosses after you have attacked them yourself.
• It will no longer automatically run toward nearby bosses while you’re fighting regular monsters.
• If a boss attacks your pet, it will still defend itself.

Fixed

Companion Pet: Fixed an issue where “All Stats +250” and heart bonuses were missing after teleporting or entering a dungeon, causing HP to be displayed incorrectly.

Passive Pet Effects: Passive pet effects now trigger reliably while in a party.

Item Shop Compatibility: The Item Shop can now be opened on systems without Microsoft Edge WebView2 (e.g., Windows 7/8.1, macOS with CrossOver, or Windows running in compatibility mode).

Server Stability: Improved server stability during periods of high player activity.
