Genesis Server – Patch Notes (PvP Balance & Content Adjustments)

Crackshooter and Arcanist are currently overperforming in PvP due to their high range, low execution difficulty, and their ability to secure many kills in a short time with minimal risk. 
These changes are experimental — we’ll monitor performance and community feedback closely.

PvP / Battlegrounds – Crackshooter (Experimental)
- Crackshooter now plays as a skill-based class in Battlegrounds (instead of relying on auto-attacks).
- Crackshooter can now use Ice Arrow and Fire Arrow in Battlegrounds.
- Ice Arrow slow is now stronger and guaranteed.
- PvP damage for Ice Arrow, Fire Arrow, and Silence Arrow has been adjusted accordingly.
- Crackshooter PvP 1v1 damage has been reduced.
- Condor Dive is now disabled in Battlegrounds.

PvP – Arcanist
- We are still working on Arcanist changes.

Amethyst Forest – Economy & Progression
- More Entropia Chips now drop in Amethyst Forest, and less Penya drops there.
→ Goal: establish Amethyst Forest as a Chip farm / leveling zone for the respective Royal area (more tuning may follow).
- A permanent Penya x1.5 event is active for the entire duration of the Genesis Server.
→ We will no longer run Penya events (or only very rarely increase from x1.5 → x2).

Skill Updates
- Flame Arrow & Silent Arrow: faster cast animation (~60% faster).
- Flame Arrow, Ice Arrow, Silent Arrow now include “(PvP)” in their skill names.
- Flame Arrow has been reworked into a non-AoE version:
- Now deals single-target burn damage + a strong normal hit.

Map & Dungeon Adjustments
- Amethyst Forest is now a 1o1 map, and Royal EXP there has been increased.
- In Trigrem Ruins and Ethral Garden, single upgrade materials no longer drop.

Upcoming (Genesis)
- We will release Astral Forest on Genesis next week.
More details (including the exact timing) will follow next week.

Main Server Note
- We’ve gathered a lot of valuable input from the Main Server survey.
There will also be changes next week, but it takes time to implement — including adapting selected Genesis features for Main and adding a few small Main-exclusive adjustments.
