Story Hook
Travel to the island of Cardia, struck by a terrible event. Demons and other terrifying creatures have overrun the island and taken over the bodies of its living beings. To uncover what’s truly happening, you’ll have to head to Cardia solo or as a group and overcome several challenges along the way.

Cardia Island (Solo / Group Quest & Farming Continent)

Concept Art: Click here!
Cardia is a hidden island on the edge of Madrigal—larger than Saint Morning and possibly even Darkon— packed with resources used to craft items and remedies (e.g., rare plants, crystals, and minerals).
The island hasn’t been fully explored by its inhabitants yet—maybe you’ll discover more. It’s the favorite destination of scholars and wise people who moved to Cardia to learn everything about it.
Not too long ago, Cardia was a peaceful place before chaos erupted. Some people—powerful mages, smiths, professors, scientists, adventurers, treasure hunters, miners, and soldiers— stayed after the incident because they refused to abandon the island, as all of Madrigal could be in danger.
What to Expect in Cardia
- A longer Story Quest, group quests, daily quests, daily group boss monsters
- Treasures, resources, secrets & puzzles
- Three group dungeons (two unlock after certain progress; one will be released in a future patch)
Important Requirement
To progress in Cardia, you must have at least a strongly upgraded Soulreaver set & Soulreaver weapon. Otherwise, the monsters and creatures will take virtually no damage—Soulreaver items seem to hold a special power.
Quests in Cardia
- Story Quest (one-time)
- One-time hunt quests (solo or as a group)
- Daily quests: 10 random per day, designed to be completed quickly

New Royal Darkness & Blood - Equipment & Weapons
With this patch, we added brand-new sets and weapons to the game. They can drop in the new dungeons, and they can also be crafted using the required materials requested by the NPCs in Cardia.
- Royal Darkness weapons & sets focus on damage (Damage Equipment).
- Royal Blood weapons & sets focus on HP (HP Equipment).
Each class has its own unique set, including different visuals (128 models).
- Royal Weapons at +0 are roughly ~10% stronger than Soulreaver weapons at +10.
- Royal Sets at +0 are roughly ~20% stronger than Soulreaver sets at +10.
The effects of Royal weapons & sets can be increased through the new Royal Upgrade System.
- Royal items can only be equipped starting at Royal Level 10.
- No Merge Scroll is required for these sets.
- Awakenings, cards, diamonds, etc. must be applied again on these new items.
Awakening & Augmentation Updates
For awakenings, we added a new scroll in Cardia that grants:
- 2x max awakening lines
- the remaining 3 lines are rolled randomly
Additionally, there are new Royal Augmentation Scrolls for these items.
They can be purchased from an NPC in Cardia or can rarely drop in the new dungeons (farming only).
Older augmentations (that only work up to Soulreaver gear/weapons and were farmable) will also be offered occasionally in limited quantities in the shop (more offers will follow in the future).
New Bonus Stat System (Royal Darkness & Blood)
We created a new Bonus Stat System for Royal items — much more comfortable than the old one.
- All bonus stats are class-restricted (e.g. a Slayer cannot roll INT bonus stats).
- Royal items can have up to three bonus effects:
- two normal bonuses
- one special bonus with an animated item icon, which glows differently depending on the upgrade level
More details about the bonus system, rerolls, and the individual special bonus possibilities will be shared once the logs are fully updated.

New Element Weapon Glow (Royal Two-Hand Weapons)
A new element weapon glow has been added for all Royal two-hand weapons (5 elements).
- More glows may be added in the future, including for one-hand weapons.
- You can switch between three glow styles using the Scroll of Glowchange:
- Old glow
- v15 glow
- Royal glow

New Bonus System: Royal Darkness & Blood - Equipment & Weapons
The new Royal weapons & set parts can drop with up to three bonus stats.
Two normal bonuses and one special bonus, which has higher values.
All new bonus stats in the new system are tailored to their job classes.
Meaning, for example, a Slayer cannot receive INT bonus stats on their equipment, making it easier to roll higher bonus values on the first two slots.
The special bonus is rare and is intended to stay that way.
In Cardia, you can re-roll the bonus stats of Royal items, but it comes at a price.
Different materials from dungeons or re-roll chests are required by the NPC, along with some currency.
Each item has 10 re-roll attempts, which can be refilled with a scroll.
You can only re-roll the special bonus if the item already has a special bonus.
You can obtain the special bonus either as a drop or via the “Roll all lines” function.
The re-roll system is designed to squeeze out the very last bit of potential from Royal items and is not meant to be fast. The focus is on obtaining the items and bonus stats from dungeons or by crafting Royal items—not through re-rolling alone—therefore the re-roll price is set very high.
Don’t forget that every job class will always receive useful stats. If re-rolling were cheaper, there would be no point in obtaining the items from dungeons, which is the actual goal of this game content.
*Best values/strongest from top to bottom!
The item rarity depends on the special bonus on the item.
The rarity changes if you have different special bonuses on the item.

With this patch, we are introducing reroll effect stones, which can be obtained as very rare drops in the Destruction Cavern, in Azmore Forest, and in the future in the Pirate Cave.
These stones affect the probability of rerolls.

The effects of the respective stones can be found in-game via the item wiki, the exchanger, or the drop information.
There are two types of reroll effect stones:
- One-time stones, which are consumed per reroll.
- Permanent stones, which must be earned through hard work and only take effect on Royal items that have been upgraded to +10 (a permanent stone is required for +8 items).
The one-time reroll effect stones can drop very rarely in the normal and heroic modes of the dungeons.

Additionally, there are also bound one-time reroll stones that can occasionally be purchased from Lord Pang in Cardia if you save up for them. However, the exchange rate there is set higher because we cannot yet judge how many of the normal versions will drop in live operation (which is also why the dungeon drop rate is kept rare). Adjustments may follow. You can find more information about the Lord Pang Exchange in Cardia further down.
The one-time reroll effect stones can be traded between players.
The permanent reroll effect stones are bound and cannot be traded.
For the permanent stones, recycle materials from older content are required, obtained by recycling Black Shiny armors, weapons, and Soulreaver armors and weapons. As a result, endgame players might buy these parts from midgame players for recycling.
In addition, crafting permanent stones requires new Fire & Ice Coins, which can drop rarely from all monsters in Cardia. These can be traded or recycled to receive 5 Perin each.
There is also a time gate set by us that requires collecting Fire and Ice Flowers for the permanent effect stones. These can be obtained in the heroic dungeon timeruns of Destruction Cavern and Azmore Forest.
The permanent stones and bound one-time reroll effect stones cannot be offered on the player black market.
As soon as you use even a single stone while rerolling an item, the item will be afflicted with the Soulbound curse and will no longer be tradable! This curse cannot be removed! This will be clearly indicated multiple times in-game, and on the first reroll with an effect stone you will be asked again to confirm that you are sure. There is no going back, even if you misclick!
The stones that are consumed per reroll affect Royal weapons, Royal armor, Royal jewelry, and Omega fashion.
The permanent stones only affect Royal weapons and Royal armor.

Hunter Badges provide a way to obtain additional items through active participation in the game. You receive them by taking part in world boss fights (not the beginner world bosses).
All characters from Royal Level 6 onward will receive, in addition to the world boss reward item, the bound Hunter Badge, which can be exchanged at Lord Pang for useful items. These include, for example, bound Royal EXP Scrolls, Guild XP Books, bound one-time reroll effect stones, augmentations, reroll stones, etc.
More items may be added there in the future.
By doing the Heroic Deep Temple, the Destruction Cavern, and the Azmore Forest timerun, you can obtain glowstones. These glowstones can be inserted into the element change window and will override the glow of the respective element.
Glowstones keep their effect for a certain period of time. If you remove them by double-clicking them in the element change window, the glowstones will be completely destroyed.
There are eight different types of glowstones.
Accordingly, we created 80 new weapon glows and added them to all weapon types.
These glowstone items can be traded.
The weapon glows can be viewed in the item wiki model viewer if you first equip the corresponding weapon and then click on the respective glowstone.

Additionally, we have also added around 40 new suit glows and hand glows. These can be activated as an item buff for a certain period of time and will override your current suit and hand glow.
These glows can also only be obtained through the timerun in Heroic Deep Temple, Destruction Cavern, and Azmore Forest.
These items can also be traded.
These glows can be viewed in the item wiki model viewer if you select an item as the model beforehand.

New Upgrade System: Royal Darkness & Blood – Equipment & Weapons
A new Royal upgrade system has been added.
You must collect the required materials and forge them onto the weapon / set part.
The weapon / set part always receives a certain amount of EXP, which varies depending on the upgrade level.
Additionally, some currency is always removed from the game in the process.
The EXP values gained from upgrading are displayed on the Royal items!
The materials for upgrading can be dropped from Cardia monsters.
At higher upgrade levels, upgrade materials from dungeons are required.
Two-handed weapons require double the amount of materials to ensure fairness for all players.

Soulreaver Sacrifice: Soul Power-Up & Trance Mode
This system is important for the latest endgame content and is related to Soulreaver items so that they do not become useless due to the new Royal items. It is also intended to ensure that the prices of Black & Soulreaver items gain value among players.
You can sacrifice your Soulreaver items with bonus stats to obtain a Soul Power-Up and Trance Mode!
There is one Soul Power-Up for your damage equipment and one for your HP equipment.
These power-ups are class-bound and cannot be traded.
This means you cannot use cheaper equipment from another class to obtain them.
The window is only available starting at Royal Level 15. (No job change possible anymore)
*If new job change rings are added in the future, you will permanently lose the active Soul Power-Ups & Trance Mode if you change your class!
The Soulreaver set & weapon must be upgraded to +7!
When sacrificing Soulreaver items, the bonus stats of your Soulreaver equipment / weapon are taken into account (except hands/shoes).
The higher the bonus stats on the items being destroyed, the stronger the power-up!
It is recommended to use this system only at the very end, once your Royal equipment is better than the Soulreaver set!
The following items can be obtained depending on the bonus stats of your sets / weapons:
The bonus stats must make sense for how the class is played!
For example, you cannot use INT Slayer shoes!
Medium bonus stats: (Power-Up reward)
- Damage Power-Up (Medium): PvE Damage +10%, PvP Damage +5% (Sacrificing damage set / weapons)
- HP Power-Up (Medium): HP +15%, All stats +20 (Sacrificing HP set / weapons)
*Both power-ups can be used at the same time, but the higher ones cannot be active simultaneously!
*Also unlocked as a character badge!
High bonus stats: (Power-Up + Trance Mode reward)
- Damage Power-Up (High): PvE Damage +20%, PvP Damage +8% (Sacrificing damage set / weapons)
- HP Power-Up (High): HP +25%, All stats +35 (Sacrificing HP set / weapons)
*Both power-ups can be used at the same time, but higher/lower ones cannot be active simultaneously!
*Also unlocked as a character badge!
Perfect bonus stats: (Power-Up + Trance Mode reward)
- Damage Power-Up (Perfect): PvE Damage +25%, PvP Damage +12% (Sacrificing damage set / weapons)
- HP Power-Up (Perfect): HP +30%, All stats +50 (Sacrificing HP set / weapons)
*Both power-ups can be used at the same time, but higher/lower ones cannot be active simultaneously!
*Also unlocked as a character badge!
List of the required Bonus Values on the Sets / Weapons: click here!
Soulreaver Sacrifice: Trance Mode unlock
Trance is your own primal power and represents the will to live.
It is triggered by emotional outbursts.
The abilities of the person using it increase enormously for a short time.
When unlocking Trance Mode, you receive an additional Trance Mode badge.
This mode will be removed if you change your job class in the future!
*From RL 15 onward, changing jobs is no longer possible—only via a potentially future Job Change Ring!
Trance Mode must be charged up gradually through dealing damage to monsters or taking damage from monsters.
You can recognize this by a new bar being displayed above your character.
Once the bar is full, you can activate Trance Mode via a button that appears on the right side!
Trance Mode lasts for two minutes and cannot be activated in Guild War!
As soon as you enter a city, the mode is deactivated and reset to zero.
The bar can be charged faster or the duration can be extended through farmable power-ups.
Exclusive power-ups that speed up the Trance EXP bar or increase the duration will also be available in the premium shop!
Trance Mode effects:
- Attack Power +20%
- HP Rate +25%
- Cleave Damage Chance +20% (chance to trigger an AoE on monsters with attacks)
- Cleave Damage Rate +40% (40% of the main damage jumps to surrounding monsters)
- Attack Speed Break +35% (you attack faster than 100%, e.g., 135%)
- Attack Speed +25%
- Cast Speed Break +45% (you cast skills 45% faster -> 100% max becomes 145% max)
- Movement Speed +50%

Royal Beads ( Pick-Up Pet )
In Cardia, you can buy and farm the new Royal Beads!
Four white Royal Standard Beads must already be activated in your pet in order to activate Golden, Blood, or Darkness Beads in your pet!
These beads have much stronger effects than the regular beads!

Botany
Collect and research Cardia’s plants. With the help of an expert in Cardia, you can craft magical potions or
items that can be useful for upgrading Royal items.
You can also craft power-ups that increase your Royal EXP by an additional +180%.
These EXP power-ups are especially useful for new characters who are just starting to level, or for the Royal Level 10 to 15 area!

Mineralogy
Collect and research Cardia’s rocks and crystals!
Some remaining inhabitants of Cardia will help you with this.
Maybe the knowledge you gain from it could be useful to you!

Treasure Hunting
There are hundreds of hidden treasures in Cardia!
You need the corresponding treasure map to find the treasures.
You can find treasure maps or buy a random treasure map from a resident of Cardia for a fee.
You can dig up chests that contain valuable treasures and are very useful!

Royal Knight ( Community Worldboss)
The Royal Knight is a new world boss that is accessible for Royal Level 10 characters and drops useful runes for the Cardia area!
Clockworks runes & King’s Hearts are also required in the new area!

In the uncharted waters near Cardia, an island rose from the sea that had not been seen in thousands of years: Dread Cove Isle. Shrouded in dense fog, it hid itself from the world, letting only rumors of its existence seep into the nearby harbors.
Pirates in search of immeasurable wealth were drawn in by these rumors. Ships full of rugged, hard-bitten seamen set out to discover the island and plunder its treasures. They all returned with stories of strange events and mysterious phenomena.
The island itself was a bizarre landscape, defined by a dense, impenetrable jungle called Umbala and crisscrossed by sprawling caves overrun by pirates. The trees in Umbala’s jungle seemed to whisper and move as if they were alive. They radiated an aura of magic and mystery that kept all intruders at bay.
The cave deep beneath the surface of Dread Cove Isle was a labyrinth of dark corridors and chambers. Pirates came across ancient writings on the walls, etched by saltwater, and found chests filled with gold and jewels. But with every treasure they lifted from the depths of the cave, they seemed to awaken an even deeper darkness.
It was as if the island was resisting its looters. The fog grew thicker and more sinister. The trees in Umbala’s jungle seemed even more threatening, and the whispering grew louder. Eventually, entire pirate ships vanished after leaving the island, never reaching their home ports again.
Despite these warnings and mysterious incidents, the wealth hidden on Dread Cove Isle would not let the pirates go. They returned again and again, drawn by the promise of treasure and the mystery that surrounded the island.
And so, to this day, Dread Cove Isle remains an island of secrecy and danger—its treasures and terrors alike sought by greedy pirates. It is a world full of mysteries and wonders, concealed in a fog of oblivion and legends. Whoever dares to uncover its secrets must be ready to bear the consequences that come with the treasures of Dread Cove Isle.

Here are some of the most important points you should know about our brand-new endgame map, Dread Cove Isle:
Accessibility: The new map is designed for endgame players who have already reached Royal Level 15 and ideally have 99.99% EXP as well. While you can already enter the island at Royal Level 15 to farm, it’s worth reaching Royal Level 16 beforehand so you can also gain EXP for Royal Levels 16 to 20 at the same time!
Leveling: Players can level on Dread Cove Isle from Royal Level 16 to Royal Level 20 and improve their stat values.
Killing Monsters: Killing monsters on this island can be challenging, but we’ve balanced it so that it’s more profitable for endgame players to farm here than at the Oasis.
More Penya: Here, even without active buffs, you can farm 40% more Penya in the same amount of time compared to the Oasis map.
Rare Items and Coins: You have the opportunity to find rare items, bait, and coins that you can exchange with the pirates Howell & Blackthorn at the start of the map for Royal items and exclusive models.
All items listed in the Teleport Drop Info (key: V) can be dropped by all monsters!
World Buffs: World buffs are scattered across the map and can be collected. They give your character short-term boosts, such as more Royal EXP, up to 75% more Penya, or increased character movement speed.
We’re looking forward to seeing you all on Dread Cove Isle and are excited to hear your feedback on this new, thrilling update. Good luck and have fun exploring and leveling!

Finally, we would like to mention that in the future we are planning further additions and updates that will build upon and expand this current content. So stay tuned for the new adventures Dread Cove Isle will still have in store.
#DreadCoveCaveDungeon #UmbalaDungeon
In the distant future, after the adventures on Dread Cove Isle, new content in Cardia will also be coming your way!

You can also look forward to new treasure maps on Dread Cove Isle, which contain very rare chests that more frequently include useful Royal items!

Entropia invites players to enjoy an interesting mini-game with its new pleasant and entertaining fishing system. Attractive rewards await you here, ranging from Shiny items all the way to Royal items. For this fascinating adventure, you’ll of course need a reliable fishing rod. You can purchase such a rod from the friendly NPC [Fishing] Frodo in Cardia. You can find him outside the harbor town, near the coast, in his father’s house. With his help, you’ll be perfectly equipped for your fishing adventure.
But what would fishing be without the right bait? You can obtain suitable bait either in challenging dungeons or, with a bit of luck, directly while fishing. It’s essential for grabbing the fish’s attention and increasing your chances of valuable rewards.
Standard bait (worms) can be purchased from NPC Frodo in Cardia.
We will not publish a list of the items you can obtain from the respective baits.
However, there are hundreds of items that are useful for all players!
Prepare for an exciting fishing adventure by equipping a fishing rod, which can be worn starting at Royal Level 6. Activate a bait that remains effective for a duration of 3 minutes.
Position yourself near water and press the fishing rod button located in the center of your screen. It will then take between 3 and 15 seconds for a “fish” to bite.
Once a fish bites, a window opens in which fish appear and can be caught. To do so, you must click on the fish as soon as it is within the inner circle. This circle will be highlighted yellow when the fish swims into it.
For a fish to be caught, the crosshair must be at least 50% on the fish. The drops/items you receive vary depending on the fish you catch (click) and the active bait.
Be careful: If you click into the water, you will lose the last fish you caught. In the upper-right corner, you will see how many fish you have already caught or how many you still need to finish the mini-game.
Watch out for mines: If you click on a mine, the two last fish you caught will be deducted. Mines were added to the game to make automated farming more difficult. They have the same color as the fish, and their color changes slightly with each new mini-game.
If you have the drop log feature enabled in the options, the left side will show which fish you caught after the mini-game ends.
If you do not catch the required number of fish within the given time, you lose the mini-game and your active bait will be eaten by the fish—even if it would still be effective for another 2 minutes. So prepare well, and have fun fishing!

The time has finally come! The researchers who investigated the Deep Temple are now reaching out to the residents of Madrigal to ask for their help!
It is now certain that terrible monsters are waiting for you inside the Deep Temple!
The monsters within the dungeon drain their opponents’ energy to strengthen their magical powers and defeat any enemy who approaches them.
It is unclear whether these monsters will make it into the outside world and harbor evil intentions toward the world of Madrigal.
Do not hesitate—defeat the evil within the Deep Temple before we no longer have any chance in the future!!
Deep Temple:
• This dungeon is aimed at players who have good equipment in the “Black Shiny” or “Soulreaver” range.
• This dungeon is designed as a group dungeon.
• New mechanics await you in this dungeon.
• Outside the dungeon, you will find the NPC “Xynthia,” who requires materials from inside the dungeon.
• Xynthia has a very old recipe for crafting Soulreaver jewelry.

Deep Temple now has a heroic mode designed for strong endgame players.
This dungeon has no Royal Level restriction!
In this mode, you receive a Drop +2 buff inside the dungeon, as well as some buffs that apply negative effects to your character.
The dungeon includes a timerun through which you can obtain a Heroic Proton Treasure.
The Heroic Treasure contains useful items such as new shader weapons, suit glow, hand glow, or weapon glow effects, as well as many other useful items. More information about the mentioned things can be found further down.
The dungeon offers 64 new Proton Shaded weapons, as well as 2–3 cloaks and a mask with an animated effect, which can occasionally be obtained from the Heroic Proton Treasure. You can view the animations in the item wiki’s model viewer.

Soulreaver Jewelry:
• A new jewelry set series awaits you!
• This jewelry set requires materials from the Deep Temple as well as already crafted Aura jewelry parts.
• You can upgrade and improve the new Soulreaver jewelry via the Soulreaver upgrade window.
*The set effects are generally better than an Aura jewelry set at +20.
• You can find the materials to upgrade the Soulreaver jewelry parts inside the Deep Temple.
• Soulreaver jewelry sets also have the special property that they can have two awakenings per jewelry piece instead of one.
*You only need to use one Scroll of Accessory Awakening to receive two random awakenings on a jewelry piece.
*You can obtain these through various in-game activities, from the Deep Temple dungeon, or simply via our Vote Shop.
*Please note that two awakenings are only possible on “Soulreaver” jewelry!!
