Class Balance Changes (English)

 ○ AoE Skill Damage Changes:
   - Arcanist (EVA): -20.21%
     Reason: The Arcanist was overly dominant in AoE scenarios, especially in guild events and dungeons.
   - Seraph (Merkaba): -18.56%
     Reason: The Seraph's AoE was nerfed to maintain balance after the Arcanist nerf, ensuring the Arcanist remains the top AoE class.
   - Seraph (Force of Light): -10.32%
     Reason: Adjusted to match the AoE meta while retaining Merkaba as the main AoE skill for the Seraph.
   - Mentalist (Maximum Crisis): -23.59%
     Reason: The Mentalist was too strong overall and received reductions in both AoE skills to balance its performance.
   - Mentalist (Psychic Square): -13.21%
   - Crackshooter (Condor Dive): -2.82%
     Reason: As the entire AoE meta was nerfed and condensed, Crackshooter received a slight nerf as well.
   - Templar (Maelstorm Strike): +1.68%
     Reason: A small buff aligns with adjustments to the AoE meta.
   - Force Master (Bgvur Tialbold): -20%
     Reason: The Force Master's AoE was overly powerful due to its multiple advantages and required a nerf.
   - Harlequin (Multi Slap): +4.80%
     Reason: Meta adjustments allowed for a minor buff to Harlequin's AoE skill.
   - Slayer (Sonic Blade): +20.79%
     Reason: As the Slayer lagged far behind other classes, it received a significant buff in the compressed meta.

 ○ 1v1 Damage Changes:
   - Seraph: +16% PvE 1v1 Damage on Set
     Reason: The Seraph was buffed to bring it closer in performance to the next strongest class after condensing the meta.
   - Templar: +15% PvE 1v1 Damage on Set
     Reason: Same reasoning as the Seraph; the adjustments aim to balance the 1v1 meta.
   - Force Master: -10% CD on Jewelry Set / 100% Cast on RD and RB Set
     Reason: A minimal nerf was applied based on calculations. The 100% Cast buff enhances debuff and AoE usability.
   - Crackshooter: +10% PvE 1v1 Damage on Set / -10% Range on RD and RB Set
     Reason: Crackshooter, being a versatile class, was slightly buffed while its range was reduced to maintain balance in the tightened meta.
   - Harlequin: +10% CD on Set and +100% Cast on Set
     Reason: Adjusted similarly to Force Master to achieve balanced performance.

 ○ Skill Range Changes:
   - Sonic Blade: Range increased by approx. 10%
   - Multi Slap: Range increased by approx. 10%
   - Maelstrom Strike: Range increased by approx. 20%
   - Bgvur Tialbold: Range increased by approx. 20%
     Reason: These adjustments were made to ensure a smoother gameplay experience and enhance the usability of the skills, making them more effective for players.

 ○ Mentalist Changes:
   Spirit Bomb Damage shifted to Royal Darkness Set Upgrade:
     - Item Upgrade | Spirit Bomb Damage %
       +1: +2%
       +2: +5%
       +3: +8%
       +4: +12%
       +5: +16%
       +6: +21%
       +7: +26%
       +8: +31%
       +9: +35%
       +10: +37%

 ○ Arcanist Changes:
   Astral Moon Effect shifted to Royal Darkness Set Upgrade:
     - Item Upgrade | Astral Moon Damage %
       +1: +1%
       +2: +2%
       +3: +3%
       +4: +4%
       +5: +6%
       +6: +8%
       +7: +10%
       +8: +13%
       +9: +17%
       +10: +20%
     - Set Effect Reduction: -20% Astral Moon Damage (Cosmic Element)
       Reason: Compensated with +20% through upgrading.

 ○ Relict High Changes:
   - Green Relict High:
       Castspeed Break: from 5% to 7%
       Cast Time: from 5% to 7%
   - Blue Relict High:
       Attackspeed Break: from 5% to 7%
